Walt Giroir has two decades of senior management experience in a variety of industries, including Systems Management, IoT devices, and Facility Management. Many of the companies have been startups including one IPO and three acquisitions. His focus is on providing high quality solutions through quality products that meet the needs of the customers.ย  He has a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M.

Alan Sguigna has more than 20 years of experience in senior-level general management, marketing, engineering, sales, manufacturing, finance and customer service positions. Before joining ASSET, he worked in the telecom industry. He has had profit and loss responsibility for a $150 million division of Spirent Communications, a supplier of test products and services. Prior to his tenure with Spirent, Alan also served in business development positions with Nortel Networks, overseeing the growth of its voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) products.

Travis Bruton

Financial Controller

Travis Bruton is an accomplished accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in financial management, accounting operations, and process improvement. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across a range of industries, including ย manufacturing, real estate, industrial services, and asset management. Travis holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a BBA in Finance from the University of Memphis.

Matthew Van Alstyne brings over a decade of senior-level marketing experience, working with leading brands in various sectors on both national and international scale. His leadership has driven substantial growth and engagement through successful marketing campaigns and team inspiration. Notable brands he has worked with include BenQ, MoneyGram, CitiGroup, Google, Dallas Cowboys, and Albertsons. Matthew holds degrees from the University of North Texas and an MBA from Texas Woman’s University. In his current role, he oversees marketing strategies, manages the marketing team, and ensures our brand remains competitive. His strategic vision is key to our success.
