Development Software - The development software provides the ability to create automated and custom tests along with the ability to run and diagnose faults.

Diagnostic & Repair Software - The diagnostic & repair software provides all the features necessary to quickly and easily diagnose and repair defects detected on boards during manufacturing. A separate repair license allows your development and manufacturing operations to continue uninterrupted while boards are repaired off-line.
Manufacturing Software - The manufacturing software provides the ability to run tests developed with development software and get a pass/fail result.

Programming Software - The programming software provides the ability to create automated and custom programming tests along with the ability to run and diagnose faults.
