iPods express ASSET’s thanks to
survey participants
The significant percentage of customers who participated in an online user satisfaction survey late last year was truly encouraging. The large number of respondents showed that ScanWorks users are a committed group.
From the survey we learned that we had earned some high grades for our technical support department and the overall quality of our products and services. (For an article on the results of the survey from the previous issue of Connect, click here.)
As a follow-up to the survey, an e-mail recently went out from Glenn Woppman, president and CEO, and Alan Sguigna, vice president of sales and marketing, detailing some of the concrete actions the company has taken as a result of the survey. (If you missed the follow-up e-mail, click here.)
To show our appreciation to those who participated, it was decided that the number of prizes for survey respondents would be doubled. Instead of just one iPod, two were given away. And the winners were:
- Tony Antillon of
Circuit Service
- Rick Harper of Tellabs.
Congratulations to both of you and thanks to all who participated.
Please watch for other user surveys in the future. We hope that this will be an efficient way for you to give us feedback on how we’re doing and to tell us generally what’s on your mind. Your comments help us decide how we can best serve you, our customers.
