ScanWorks tackles high-speed Gb/sec buses with new 1149.6 capabilities
It’s called the IEEE 1149.6 Boundary Scan Standard for Advanced Digital Networks. With its integration into ASSET’s ScanWorks JTAG environment, “dot-6” combines the DC-coupled tests of traditional 1149.1 boundary scan with new, high-speed testing of serial AC-coupled interconnects or differential signaling.
